Lithological description
Het Z3 Hoofdanhydriet Laagpakket is doorgaans ontwikkeld als een relatief pure anhydriet, maar het kan een groot aantal dolomitische of zandsteen intercalaties bevatten.
Depositional setting
Playa - sabkha (?).

Grens met het onderliggende Grijze Zoutklei Laagpakket.
Definition of upper boundary
Grens met de bovenliggende Z3 Zout of Rode Zoutklei laagpakketten.
Thickness indication
Varieert van enkele m tot plaatselijk meer dan 100 m.
